Someone hacked my sister’s Instagram account, posted something against community standards and got her FB & IG permanently suspended, what can she do?

I feel awful, she’s the sweetest person and would never post anything even remotely negative or mean spirited. The last person who deserves this, surely a company as big as Meta has a recourse for a situation such as this?
