Customization system for UI

Hi folks. Where I work we are insterested in creating a service that allows us to customize the UI of our app depending on the context of the user, such as, if the user is male or female, or if its a weekend, or maybe the ti.e of day itself.

For instance, if the user is young, male and is Friday night, show a banner that usually would show any random products and focus such products inyo something that he would buy if he wants to hang out with friends. And maybe also DO NOT display some other parts of the UI that would not be such useful for that specific person on that specific moment.

Does any of you have experience with something like that?

How do you create something like this so its escalable and is not inly a milliard of IFs all along your code base?
