AI-Powered Project Requirements Generator: Thoughts and Ideas?

I'm working on an AI project that involves creating an app that can generate requirements for various projects. Essentially, the user would input some basic information about their project (e.g. project goals, target audience, budget, etc.) and the app would generate a list of requirements that the project would need to meet in order to be successful. It would also generate user stories & relevant tasks that could be auto-uploaded to software such as JIRA, Asana or Trello.

I'm really excited about this project, but I'm also curious to hear what others think. Do you think this type of app would be useful? Have you ever struggled with coming up with a comprehensive list of requirements for a project? Do you have any suggestions for what the app should include or how it could be improved? Would you pay for something lke this?
