what’s the most useful thing that your org/ team wasn’t doing?

Take this as my crowd sourcing post to figure out all the new technology for devs.

There's tooany journals and articles about heuristics etc., and I just can't keep up. What thing would you suggest everyone else does? I'd be particularly grateful if it's related to native software development 🙂
