Where to get a general understanding of Software Development?

I'm a Product Owner and consider myself sort of good grasping technical concepts and ways of doing things. I feel that that helps me a lot when working with the DEVS; I know that a small change design/definition can be the difference from a easy thing to implement to a nightmare. I kind of know where and how to start defining features so that we organically grow them from both a engineering and a product vision.
The question is… where should POs, that are NOT technically knowledgeable, start getting that technical understanding? Any recommended courses/books/resources? The goal is not to become a developer (there are 1,000s of online resources for that) rather to understand to some extent what and how development works in general (for sure not in depth).
Any recommendations coming from devs on how to make POs understand a bit more the technical side?
