Is there any semi-easy way to convert an outlook pst file into a spreadsheet of some kind?

My goal is to take a massive pst file filled with support emails and load it into a database to act as a knowledge base for future support requests. I realize I can easily dump one folder, although spacing and threads create issues, but I want to take every folder and put it in one csv. Would I have to first manually move every email into the same folder?
