Software is not in my wheelhouse, I’m a designer. So, please treat me like I’m in primary school 🙂
Is it efficient to build a media-rich social media platform on a no-code platform like Bubble.io? Or, is it better to go the traditional route? My main concern for building on Bubble is long-term scalability. I know that it tends to slow down significantly with over 10,000 active users. I’ve heard there are work arounds, but I’m unaware how effective they are.
If the traditional route is recommended, what would you recommend? – What’s an ideal software/language for building a media centric platform? – How many developers would be ideal for maintaining such an platform? – What are my options for storing data in the cloud?
Further… I’m not even sure I’m asking the right questions. Any extra credit advice would be supremely appreciated.
Thanks 🙂
