Do you guys find it that the people who manages the stakeholders and user feedback typically drag out the shipping process?
I’ve worked with a few PMs who do value ship early, don’t break things but also don’t perfect the thing.
But they were previously some kind of developer.
Most other PMs will come with an idea or feature based on some “discovery” they did. When we build the thing, very few users are using it.
How do you handle this sort of relationship where for us to build something, they either include us in their discovery or show us proper demand evidence? What evidence are you accepting before starting work?
