In your opinion, what are the best programming languages to learn specifically for web and app development?

Some additional info: I am a beginner. I’ve been learning some programming languages for the last 2 months or so. At first, I was learning just to have a new skill under my belt to help me step foot into the tech industry. At this time, I’m leaning more towards wanting to develop apps and websites. So I’m wanting to know which languages are best to learn in 2023, and in what order would you recommend learning them in that may be simplest for a beginner.
