BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)

Hello everyone. I'm documenting a workflow with BPMN, but i'm kinda confused about User Task and Manual Task. Being objective: If i'm renaming a image in windows explorer (and that's part of the worfklow), is it a user task (because i'm doing it 'virtually') or a manual task (since i'm doing by myself without any software)?.
