I’m looking for a free tier cloud provider for hosting Django and Angular

I'm currently working on a project that requires cloud platform services for image recognition, and I'm looking for recommendations on which platform would be easier to learn and use, besides AWS. I'm hoping to find a platform that's free to use and has image recognition capabilities, as I'm unable to try out multiple platforms due to time constraints.

My tech stack includes Django for the backend, Angular for the frontend, and I'm planning on using PostgreSQL and Firebase for database and storage. Additionally, I'm looking to implement facial recognition to link uploaded images to user accounts.
