Curious question I am trying to figure out

I have been a long time phone user and I often use online apps (I guess as the majority of the western society). I realised since I am mainly on the phone in order to accomplish tasks I need to understand it more , but also, every apps got a different algorithm and those algorithms nowadays are so incisive that can impact drastically our lives. I guess every app as its specific algorithm such as tinder, YouTube , Vinted etc… so I was wondering other than understanding the behaviour of the algorithm through action taken on the app is there any other way we can have access to algorithms? Someone who deals with software could have a clue about how everything works, that’s why I’m asking this question here
