How to integrate touch control to zoom into a live video feed app

Im trying to write a program that basically displays a live video feed onto a rasberry pi 4(linux) as a window. Then I want it to be able to recognise touch control like pinching to zoom in and out. Do you know any public github repositories i can use to edit the touch controls so i can integrate it into zooming in and zooming out?

Ive been trying for past 3 days to figure out how to do this but I've got no clue. Should I be doing it in C#, C++, python or java?
