Software Development on the cloud: what stack do you use most often?

Disclaimer: I'm trialling a new XaaS platform with the idea of offering online software development stacks for developers so that they can develop, test and run their products on public or private clouds without having to manage the underlying infrastructure.

So I wondered if developers in this community would share their software stack – what do you need to develop, test and run your software on the cloud?
