Test management tools

Hi Folks,

I'm looking for a test management tool that works with GitHub issues/repository and can also integrate with Jira and maybe Confluence?

I know it's a bizarre double-act we've got going on here. I'm in a regulated industry and Jira is the industry standard for our quality management, but we have been developing our code in GitHub and using GitHub issues.

Anybody have a suggestion? I want to be able to link issues in Jira and GitHub to particular tests, generate test reports, write test specifications, and all the other typical stuff.
