What kind of a Stack do demo sites use?

I’m trying to understand how product demo / tour tools like Supademo, Storylane & Navattic are built? what is their tech stack? How does it actually work? What tools should I learn to build something like this? So far i’m limited to python backends and no-code / low-code apps.
