Books on how big tech run their projects?

Hi,

I am working on my bachelor thesis and I need to do research on how big tech companies run their development processes. Do they work agile? Do they have project managers or only product and program managers? How did changes affect their peroductivity? I need books with examples of specific companies. Thanks a lot.
