Junior assigned his first company project any advice/pointers?

Hi, just now I was informed that I’ll be a lead creating a tool that flags if data has successfully passed or failed between a network of applications. I’ll be having a meeting tomorrow to get more information and requirements for the project and need to checkout the scopes and write documents for it while have meetings with stake holders to explain and discuss the tool. I’m sure a lot of you already know the process and have experience with this. This is my first time, I do feel pressure due to the responsibility compared to what I already do but I welcome the growth.

I don’t normally post much on reddit but knowing that there is a community of developers I was hoping I can get some pointers or advice on the whole process of leading and creating a project. Many Thanks!!
