Git branching

Hello, my team at work has encountered a problem related with git branching and releases. Shortly the situation is that we are trying to use git flow but the business doesn’t know for some features or modification when has to be deployed. This causes a problem when the develop branch contains more features some are qa validated, some are still waiting and we have to deploy just one of them.

My question is that somebody know a better working method for this or we just need to use git magic every time to extract the needed feature or merge things in the develop sequentially? Allow opinions are verry much appreciated!
