In my latest blog post, I describe a process I have used in different shapes in the last couple of years called Ready-Learn-Do. It helped me navigate through uncertainty (or potential space, as I call it in this series) to find effective technical solutions. The Ready phase emphasizes gathering information and understanding the problem at hand. The Learn phase focuses on validating assumptions and reducing risks through prototyping. Finally, the Do phase involves building the solution.
In this post, I delve into each phase in detail and explain how they interact with one another. I also provide practical insights on where this approach can be applied in software development projects.
