Questions you wish you could ask your PM or vice versa if your a PM towards a developer?

I’m interviewing a PM for a video. I’ll be putting together questions the PM won’t see we short the video. The PM will be doing the same for me (as a developer). Can you guys share questions you’d like to hear?These questions can be anything you wish you could ask but don’t. Or questions you want to hear from another persons perspective.Example: (Developer) How do you feel when we forget to update Jira tickets when you spend all your time trying to track our work?
