I'm looking outward to experienced software development team leads to get some advice. I have worked for years in software dev through different jobs with different approaches to code. Now I am in a startup as a lead with full reign over processes and proceedures and am looking to implement everything from scratch.
I'm wondering if someone has some advice, or links to good resources, that may help me along the way?
I am building a team onshore and offshore so I need to take that into account, the processes need to be such that if a feature is requested the right info gets from UX/UI and then when a feature is implemented by the back-end then they have a process to hand info to the front-end and devops teams.
In my head I want to just run with Agile sprints on Jira but I need to make sure the cards get the right information etc. and I need to build in accountability as well as ensure that features get completed quickly and well (along with testing by our QA team).
Any advice or links would be appreciated!
