Where can I learn skills to setup better processes in my R&D department

Hi I work in R&D as a low level programming engineer. We have close to zero process. All the code is manually checked and we now use GitHub, but still… No Jenkins, no unit tests. Those are the next two things I want to implement in the department, but I guess there’s more, (deployment etc…) how can I learn all of that without having to change job basically?
