Thoughts on “interpersonal skills” on junior swe resume?

So far I have divided my skills section into 3: programming, software, & database

Should I add interpersonal skills as well? I’ve been seeing this on some of my peers resume and is mentioned a lot in swe resume reviews i’ve seen on youtube.

I was thinking if i should add it then maybe i can do 2 instead of 3 skills section: Programming & Interpersonal. Idk.

Thoughts? Notes? Advice?
