Looking for web app that allow me and my team member browse each other session in real time

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a tool that will allow me and my team to browse the web together. Currently, I have to copy links and send them to my team members, which is time-consuming and inefficient. I would like to be able to browse on my teammate's session, and they would be able to browse mine. Additionally, it would be great if we could annotate each tab in real time.
I believe that such a tool would be incredibly useful for collaboration and brainstorming. For example, we could use it to share research, discuss ideas, and work on projects together. I am confident that this tool would save us a lot of time and improve our productivity.
