Hi everyone, I work in sales and my company is crazy behind the times.
We are given service agreements we have to use that are editable PDFs.
My pain point is:
The area where I itemize my items are all hand typed in, but once I sell the service I then have to use an excel file to fill out a customer profile (which houses all the info. (I've imported the PDF into the excel sheet successfully but in a crude way so it just a temp solution).
With that said is there:
A place I can upload all my items, prices and categories into a web based software that allows me to data map fields over the service agreement? And possibly obtain digital signature onsite or vial email?
Thats the biggest hang up, the PDF is a doc that has our T&Cs so I have to conform to their format.
