Hey all! As I’ve been reflecting on the technical missteps and scaling challenges we’ve encountered at my company, the thought of optimizing our org structure to better navigate these challenges has crossed my mind often.
I started thinking about the idea of proposing a dedicated role for a system architect and the potential benefits it could bring. I decided to write down my thoughts in this blog post, which I believe might resonate with some of you as well.
