Best tech stack to build a marketplace?

Im building a 2 sided marketplace and was wondering what the best tech stack would be?
I would like to get the MVP done as fast as possible, but would also like it to have good scalability. I've thought of using nocode software such as softr for the MVP, but that would create issues for scalability and when I would eventually have to migrate back to using code.
What im currently familiar with: Javascript, React, Vue, Python, Typescript.

Heard alot about ruby on rails for this, but am not too familiar with it so was wondering if there are other alternatives or is that just the best one.
