Need advice on soft dev as DS/ML specialist

Hi everyone,

I need some advice on which tool I should use to develop my software. My background is DS/ML and i’m trying to realize a side project of mine into a cloud saas.

I am quite new into soft dev, never really dabled intot his, although I’m putting in the time to improve.

I’m wondering if I should use no code tools like Bubble to speed up the dev but Bubble does not allow migration. Then I was exposed to Flutter and Dart which seems to be more fitting. But I am not sure.

How should I approach this? All ideas are appreciated.
