Can you point me in the right direction?

So not going to lie. I'm a total newbie, but I do have common sense and have worked a little bit with Google cloud platform, as well as installing and running language, model, APIs, etc.

I have a pretty ambitious idea for a software music plug in. I have how it will look sketched out what it will provide. And feel like if done correctly could be something that a big company like Apple or ableton would purchase to include in their digital audio workstations.

What are some good first steps or who would I talk to about joining up together working together, learning more, All of that good stuff
