Is it worth learning Shopify and Squarespace for a part time gig?

I'm an SWE with 6 years experience but really only work on backend software. I was wondering if it's worth learning Squarespace or Shopify and offering to make websites for clients as an after work side gig.

Anyone done this with success? Advice on courses to take and how to find clients?
