I need a new laptop for studying software development in college and need some advice

I need a laptop for studying software development next year and I'm not sure what would be best. I wanted to know what you see used most and what is most reliable. Since this sub has people doing software development a lot, I thought maybe you guys could suggest some low end laptops? I will say that even though Apple is always recommended for things, I'm not one for Apple.

Are there prefered brands? Are there just specific specs you need?

With my limited knowledge I found 3 that fit my budget:

Lenovo Ideapad 3 8GB 256GB NVMe SSD 15.6" FHD Notebook

Lenovo V15 IGL 8GB 256GB NVMe SSD 15.6" Notebook

HP 250 G9 -N4500 256GB SSD 8GB RAM 15.6-inch FHD Laptop

I don't know if they're any good, but they were laptops that I could semi afford. Can any of them work? Which is the best of the 3?
