As a dev manager or decision maker, would you put your more senior team/dev(s) for legacy system maintenance, which might include production support, feature improvements for your live system, bug fixes, etc., and put junior/less senior team/dev(s) for new/next gen system development/initiatives, or the other way around? Why?
