Task management web app

Hi there.

I am totally new to this sub. I was a developer a long time ago (vb6), so my knowledge of development platforms is limited… 🙂

I want to create a web app to handle tasks (reoccurring) in a nice calendar view with different options:

• Calendar
• Teams (persons and groups)
• Locations
• Tasks
• Policies
• Report
• Multi-customer setup ("domain seperation")

What would be the best approach to handle this? Some information needs to be shared between domains (policies etc.). No-code would be preferred like bubble.io but I am very open for suggestions. Pricing is not a limiting factor.
