Need to make a quiz app

As I could not find a software for this online I decide to try myself but has no software development experience. I want to create a quiz app where I can put in unlimited questions of different sorts: multiple choice, trueorfalse, fill in the blank, open ended and etc. Then create a pool of questions from which the app chooses 5 of those questions and asks the user. Is there any help in how I can do this? I see som people use AI to do this , would you recommend this and what particular AI would you recommend? I have some experience with the Python language and would like to use that
