I've recently started going back to school for Software development. I have two routes to take learn Java or C#. I feel like Java is one of those languages that is rarely used now days. I honestly don't know what it is used for. Like for example Python has A.I. JavaScript and typescript have web development. C# has game development along with c++. Then you have rust that is a rising star. Wth is Java still used for. I literally have no idea. By the way this is a question I'm not trying to put down the language I really don't know what it is used for. Is Java really worth learning?
