Good qualities in an agile PM?

Big hello to all my lovely devs 🫶

I’ve just taken on a new team as an agile PM, am a little nervous and thought I’d ask for some honest feedback on your experiences. I want to know how to get the best out of the team professionally whilst remaining considerate of their needs.

From your experience of working with PMs in an agile environment, what have you liked/loved/hated? What rubbed you up to wrong way? What could have been done better? What would’ve helped you/supported you?
