Which no-code/low-code solution to use to develop own CRM platform?

Hi all

I'm new to develop applications, and currently browse different solutions to make my own CRM software tool (With focus on Customer retention components). I find that Microsoft PowerApps could be the way to go considering the easy-to-implement when selling to businesses, as they most likely are Microsoft users, and that enables to implement some AI functions aswell. But I've came across other solutions aswell, including OutSystems. Or are there any GitHub material which could be used?

Could this be a good tool to use to develop my own software or are there other tools which could be better? I list some of the functions needed below:

– Easy reporting components based on the companies own data

– Can the software allow to run ML models? E.g. predict customer churn based on what the customer chooses, and then it shows the results for each of their own customer whether it is churn or nonchurn?
Or is it easier if I run the ML models offline, and then upload the results for my customer to see?

– Some other things that should be considered for this approach and are there any other solutions which might seem better to this approach?
