Work ethics and standards

Hello everyone,

so in my development project, we have about 15 software engineers.

We have a server-sided application with a frontend and it’s a very big application, being developed over 8 years now.

Each one in our project is expected to do backend, frontend and cicd/ devops.

If tickets are not done in time, the pressure is very high, and that’s when I start to hate the scrum framework.

Is it normal to expect everything from each engineer? I mean I was employed as a backend engineer by my company originally and I’m now doing frontend and devops without an end.
