I am eager to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies to implement optimizations and introduce new technologies. My company operates in software development, digital media, and AI. Additionally, I would appreciate any general tips and advice on how to become a good project manager and what makes a successful one. Also what salaray can i expect in a small firm northern Germany, as a project manager?
