What app developer should I use?

So I wanna build an app called LearnQuik that’s just like Reddit and Skool but only for skills. TL;DR: Reddit + Skool with a lot of other insanely cool features.

I wanna build it with code that allows me to be very complex. I don’t care about the language or popularity. I wanna publish it to the AppStore AND play store. Preferably low cost but I can pay. No no-coding bs, I wanna learn to code and make it good. I also like the iPhone screen preview on Xcode so I can see exactly what I’m doing.

I’m getting a $500 MacBook soon so that’ll allow me to code better. If it’s required then I’m willing to code on my phone for a better app. no I’ve never coded but I wanna learn.
