Seeking Advice on Web Application Development: React/Next.js/Firebase vs. Windev/Webdev

I want to create a web application with user authentication and collaboration features that could later be transformed into a mobile application. I'm not a software developer, but I have a basic understanding of programming. I’ve seen that using React combined with Next.js and Firebase seems like a good solution to start with. I've also heard about Windev/Webdev, which is said to be easy to learn and implement, but I’m not sure which would be the better choice.

What do you think? Which could be the best solution? Could you give me some advice on this matter? If you have any courses, tutorials, or any other resources that could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
