Is there such a thing?

So my friend is a consultant who sells off other people products but at a mark up. She gets a quote and then does a mark up to it from its pdf. Is there a way to customize her quotes but use all the data from their pdf’s? She really just wants an app or some type of program that could streamline that process rather than manually imputing all the data.
