What language?

I am in my last year of school and over the years I had several condirions that made continue learning programming languages hard for me. Thing is I got my stuff together now and I'm looking forward to beginnging with C++. My only fear is that when I have some C++ projects to show, companies won't take me saying they fo not woek with C++, or they take me but I'm forced to learna nother language and never actually use C++. Can anyone help on whether learning C++ in 2024 is worth it and demanded on the market, or if I should even worry about it?
