Best way to build this software/database – I am not a programmer

Maybe I am still in the wrong sub because I don’t know what I need.

I am looking to having make a software or a browser-based interface with backend database built, with fast data retrieval. MS Access is prone to errors in my experience. It needs to be something that can search and retrieve data and appear in a user view.

I have no knowledge about modern programming.

My requirements would be

• search for a topic and the specific related pieces to that topic would be displayed in a column or box next to this.

So let’s say i search for cotton fabric ; I would get all the related information on cotton showing up in a view.

This related information would then show because I have added the relationship on the backend OR that the query on ‘cotton fabric’ matches the text elsewhere in the database.

Is there any way to do this and how ?

It’s like ‘show related search results’ but that the very specific related text would show as results.
