M3 MacBook air or similarly priced custom pc? (Can’t decide, pls help)

Looking for some advice from those who had similar dilemma.

I'm getting a new computer. Should I get the m3 macbook air (16/512) or get a custom pc(14600k, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd, 3060 12 gb gpu) at a similar price?

I mostly do full stack dev, mobile dev, gen ai(occasionally run local llms) etc.

Have any of u had similar dilemma? What did u end up doing? And how did that go in long term? Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
