Let me explain,
Let's say I have a software that allows the user to look for the cheapest burger near them. Instead of web scraping every burger joint near you (which is already potentially illegal depending on TOS), it sends a request to the GPT API to look up "cheapest burger near me" to which it would respond with a link to a burger king and their website, for example. Are there any legal pitfalls to be aware of if this sort of service were to be monetized? Am I still technically scraping prices from burger king? This service wouldn't be used to defame any business, it would just bring business to those that the query would bring up. Just curious. Thank you.
This isn't exactly what I would be building, but its the gist. This can simply be done with any generative ai out there, I would add more features to make it more distinct
