Early Stage Start-Up: Looking for Co-Founder who can build a software product

I work in the investment industry and I have been researching supply chain software for a while now. I think I have a great idea, and with Trump's Tarrifs I need to hurry and create the product. I will explain more details to those interested in the project.

I am looking for a Co-Founder who will receive a material amount of equity as well as a modest weekly rate (maybe $100 or so).
