Hi all, l'm working on launching a simple grocery delivery service. Customers will place orders through a basic app (no physical store), and we'll pack and deliver from our own warehouse using our own drivers. Right now I'm in the process of hiring a developer to build the app, and I'm totally new to business or tech. I'd love advice on a few things: • What should I look out for when choosing a developer? • What's a reasonable cost for a very basic grocery ordering app (no payments, no tracking – just browsing, add to cart, submit order)? • Any early mistakes I should avoid in terms of inventory, logistics, or customer service?
