"Hello person I have never interacted with before. Here is a form/document/spreadsheet with gaps/questions. I've barely glanced at it and I haven't even attempted to understand it. It says here that you're the technical expert/lead/director for this product/business unit/division. Could you please fill out the rest of this thing so that I can check my box?
